* Proficient in using our case management system and touch-typing from dictation using Big Hand software
* Skilled in setting up and closing matters, printing documents for witnessing, and assisting with probate-related paperwork
* Excellent administrative and organizational abilities to manage a diverse caseload efficiently
* Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and colleagues
* Attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional client service
Preferred Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a legal or administrative role, preferably within a private client or probate practice
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
