In preparationof the start of an anticipated busy ecological survey season inSpring 2024 we are looking for some additional support and resourcewithin our SE Regional Team based at our Dorkingoffice.
Central tothe role of Office Assistant will be the scheduling of ecologicalsurveys assistance with health and safety maintenance andmonitoring of survey equipment uploading data etc. In addition therole will include some more general administration tasks for theEcology Arboriculture and Landscape Teams. We are looking forsomeone with a bright and positive personality who has excellentinterpersonal skills and is good working as part of a team. Goodorganisational skills are also required.
The rolewould involve:
Ecology surveyscheduling
Maintenance and monitoring of workequipment ensuring it is ready to be used for ecologysurveys.
Assistance with Health andSafety.
Assistance with preparing billinginformation for our Accounts team.
.Administrative support to the regionalteam.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills
* Experience in anadministration role.
* A bright and positivepersonality with a can do attitude.
* Have goodIT skills
* Be a team player
* Good organisational skills
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
* Experience or interest in Ecology and WildlifeProtection would be desirable.
The WorkingHours:
This is a part time rolewhich can be worked flexibly Monday to Friday between the hours of9.00 am to 5.00 pm for 20 hours per week.

Salary:22000 per annum pro rata.
