Pre-sales technical support: Produce requirements, high-level designs, and detailed sales support.
Support sales team: Work alongside service, account, and delivery teams, acting as the Technical Design Authority.
Customer presentations: Demonstrate capabilities based on core products and tailored solutions.
Execute demos: Conduct demonstrations when required.
Technical proposals: Write and prepare technical proposals.
Costing and pricing: Produce costs and pricing specifications for customer proposals.
Bid support: Participate in bid teams and support major bids.
Technical representation: Represent SCC / Resonate to customers and third parties.
Sales opportunities: Collaborate with service and account teams to pursue additional sales and attend quarterly reviews.
Customer innovation sessions: Organize and assist customers in developing their UC strategies.
Architecture
Design and implement Unified Communications solutions, focusing on voice platforms and contact centers.
Obtain approvals for designs, produce configurations, and conduct testing and turn-up.
Lead PoCs and pilots, manage major technical issues, and facilitate knowledge transfer to support teams.
Provide technical governance, peer reviews, and chair review boards as needed.
Product
Provide feedback to product teams, assist in documentation updates, and support new product development.
Technical expertise required:
* Microsoft Teams, AudioCodes / Ribbon SBCs, SBA Call Centre technologies based on MS UC technologies (Anywhere 365, Luware, etc.)
* Call Centre technologies based on Cisco (preferable)
* Knowledge of IP hard phone endpoints (Poly, etc.)
Additional knowledge:
* Networking (WAN/LAN), traditional voice technologies, O365 suite, video integration (preferable)
* Experience working with telecommunications carriers and PBX suppliers
* Market knowledge and interpersonal skills, including effective communication and influencing skills

* Logical troubleshooting, teamwork, initiative, resilience, patience, leadership, and a proactive attitude towards deadlines and quality.
