Job Description
* Provide efficient and accurate administrative and secretarial support to the legal team.
* Prepare and format legal documents and correspondence as required.
* Manage diaries, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
* Handle telephone calls, emails, and client queries in a professional manner.
* Maintain and update client files and records with attention to detail.
* Assist with billing processes and ensure accurate invoicing.
* Perform general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures at all times.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Legal Secretary should have:
* Previous experience in a similar secretarial or administrative role within professional services.
* Previous experience working as a Legal Secretary.
* Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and legal document management systems.
* Strong organisational and time management skills to meet deadlines effectively.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* An eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and supporting team members.
