As the Independent Assurance Engineer, you will provide detailed independent assurance and oversight at the project and product level covering applicable Customer, ISO accreditation, Aviation and Military regulation requirements, allowing Indra Park Air in conjunction with system audits to establish and demonstrate an effective, value add evidence-based support service.
Achieved through establishing a flexible audit schedule aligning with project and programme management plans and schedules. Oversight of flow down requirements for supplier and sub-contract requirements. As the business transforms our business improvement and compliance methodology must meet the needs of this transformation so we are looking for an Internal Auditor who can add value.
What you will do:
· Understand workflows and their interconnecting nature.
· Working with Product Design and Verification, Delivery Programmes and Supply Chain. Develop a flexible audit and oversight schedule delivering a risk based 100% coverage programme.
· Create detailed audit and findings reports.
· Manage internal and external NC progress, creating findings heatmap across the organisation linking to ISO and regulation clause coverage.
· Point of contact for all lSO and regulation finding co-ordination
· Collaborate with accountable process managers and business improvement practitioner assessing risk and opportunities for change based on weak areas identified during assurance activities.
· Support hosting third party external Audits.
Requirements
What we are looking for:
You will preferably have a qualification in Engineering (degree, B-Tech or equivalent) and be able to demonstrate a curious nature, with the ability to drive a higher level of base compliance standing by stakeholders. We are particularly interested in receiving your application if you have experience in any of the following areas:
· Lead or internal Auditor
· Experience with MS Office packages is essential
· Regulation attendance (Part21J or Part21G or DPO) or experience in any regulated environment
· Lead or internal Auditor
· Engineering project and program audits, using management plans in an ISO or regulated environment
· Understanding of Risk assessment and mitigation
· Understanding of PFMEA
· Excellent communication skills with the ability to consult with all levels of management and staff.
