Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to lead the delivery of multiple projects, ensuring they meet contractual obligations, quality standards, and client expectations. You will be responsible for overseeing contracts across a range of sectors, coordinating with project teams, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities

Manage contracts from award through to completion, ensuring full compliance.

Lead cost control, procurement, and contract variations.

Oversee project delivery schedules in collaboration with Planners and Project Managers.

Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

Drive high standards of health, safety, and quality on all projects.
Skills & Experience

Proven track record as a Contracts Manager in construction.

Experience across residential, commercial, and/or utility projects.

Strong contractual, commercial, and negotiation skills.
