I am excited to be partnering with a global consultancy based in Leeds, looking for an Associate Director to join the Occupier Solutions Team. This role is primarily focused on property management, with an emphasis on building strong client relationships to grow the business.
You will work alongside a Director to manage a high-profile portfolio of commercial properties for major clients, including overseas investors, UK institutions, and property companies. You will have immediate responsibility for managing client relationships and assets, delivering excellent service, and supporting team development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage key client portfolios and commercial buildings.
* Deliver property management services across office and occupier sectors.
* Communicate daily with clients, tenants, solicitors, and internal teams.
* Oversee lease events, applications, and licensing activities.
* Prepare detailed client reports and lead tenant meetings.
* Monitor service charge expenditure, arrears, and income recovery.
* Assist in service charge budgeting and reconciliations with finance teams.
* Participate in due diligence processes for acquisitions and disposals.
* Mentor junior team members and coordinate with FM and finance staff.
The Candidate:
* MRICS qualified with a degree-level education.
* Proven experience in commercial property management, preferably within the office sector.
* Understanding of landlord & tenant law and workspace trends.
* Experience managing lease events, service charges, and occupier relations.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills for client-facing roles.
* Strong collaboration skills and ability to drive cross-service initiatives.
