Job Description:
Our client is a leading global Asset Management firm seeking a Senior Manager for the Early Careers Programme supporting EMEA. The role involves developing early careers and apprentice programmes across talent management, employee experience, and data governance. Responsibilities include managing apprentice development curricula, delivering enterprise-wide learning interventions aligned with talent strategy, and working closely with HR Business Partners and Centres of Expertise. The role demands strong relationship management, stakeholder engagement, and industry trend awareness. The ideal candidate is proactive, strategic, and aligns with organizational values.
Key Responsibilities:
* Understand business needs, identify learning priorities, and develop plans supporting enterprise-wide learning and early career programmes.
* Design engaging learning experiences for early career and lateral hires, including various presentation techniques.
* Evaluate programmes for ROI and continuous improvement; manage learning materials.
* Utilize data analytics to inform decisions.
* Foster community-building initiatives for early careers.
* Co-design and facilitate development sessions.
* Manage UK & Ireland Apprentice Programmes, including onboarding, talent management, and relationships with training providers.
* Oversee Digital Apprenticeship Service (DAS) and Solas accounts, ensuring proper levy and grant utilization.
* Support relationships with sponsors and provide line manager guidance.
* Manage apprenticeship projects, including cohort planning and progress tracking.
* Assist with annual projects like induction, end-of-programme reviews, and compensation.
