About The Role
This fixed‑term contract role (ending 31st August 2026) will lead facilitation on our core learning and Management Development Programme. You will contribute to the L&D team’s six key workstreams, managing the team and driving strategic learning projects that impact colleague engagement, capability, retention and our learning culture.
All L&D colleagues work hybrid. You will spend 60‑80% of each month on site, attending weekly ‘Together Days’ on Tuesday and Thursday.
About You
You bring experience in Learning and Development, with a strong background in implementing high‑quality adult learning initiatives. You can manage multiple priorities, build robust stakeholder relationships and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
* Experience with digital learning platforms (our LMS is Workday)
* Facilitate learning and training – 70% of the role
* Expert understanding of adult learning design principles and best practices
* Continuous improvement mindset – contribute innovative ideas to enhance L&D
* Strong stakeholder management and proven experience building relationships across a wide network
