In this newly qualified solicitor role you will handle a purposely broad and varied caseload in order to expand your experience and find out what you enjoy most at this early stage of your career.
This will include working on:
* Investment and Development
* Acquisitions & disposals
* & Joint ventures
You will be supported by and work very closely with experienced solicitors and fee earners (inside & outside of the real estate team) and advise loyal clients including:
* Pension funds
* Property investors
* Asset managers
* Overseas investors
* Developers
* Public & Private Sector bodies
What will you need?
* To be a newly qualified solicitor or legal executive with up to 3 years experience
* To have completed a real estate seat - or have existing real estate experience
* Full support and training will be given
