Registered Manager – Children’s Residential Home (LD)
Location: Near Burton-upon-Trent | Salary: £57,000 – £62,000 DOE | Full-Time, Permanent
We are working with an established and highly regarded children’s care provider to recruit an experienced Registered Manager for their 3-bed Learning Disabilities (LD) residential home located near Burton-upon-Trent.
This home, which also has an on-site education facility, has been open for almost a year and has already achieved a GOOD Ofsted rating. It is fully staffed with a stable, dedicated team—including a Deputy Manager who has been with the service since its opening and works off-shift to provide operational support.

Key Requirements:
*
Experienced Registered Manager within children’s residential care, ideally specialising in Learning Disabilities
*
Proven track record of achieving positive Ofsted ratings
*
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and retain staff
*
Confident in maintaining compliance, safeguarding, and delivering person-centred care
*
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or equivalent)
*
Excellent knowledge of relevant legislation and Ofsted frameworks
*
Passionate about delivering high-quality care and education in an inclusive, supportive setting
