About the Role
As Marketing Manager – Ostomy Care, you’ll be at the heart of our marketing operation, responsible for implementing brand strategy and delivering growth across our most extensive and valuable product portfolio. Reporting to the Head of HCP Marketing OC and Chronic Care HCP Education, you’ll lead multi-channel campaigns, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and shape our strategic direction in this vital therapeutic area.
This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work remotely while maintaining a regular presence at our Peterborough Head Office.
Key Responsibilities
1. Drive marketing execution in line with the Annual Business Plan (ABP) and global brand strategy
2. Develop and implement marketing activities targeted at healthcare professionals (HCPs)
3. Lead cross-functional projects across Sales, Nursing, Global Marketing, Logistics, and more
4. Analyse market data and campaign performance, adjusting plans to maximise impact
5. Collaborate with field-based teams to improve understanding of clinical practices in the UK
6. Prepare compelling promotional materials and represent Coloplast at national events
7. Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and clinical influencers
8. Support the development of business cases, forecasts, and strategic planning
9. Contribute to product development discussions with our Global and R&D teams in Denmark
What We’re Looking For
10. A strategic thinker with 3+ years’ experience in healthcare marketing
11. Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
12. Passionate about making a difference for patients and clinicians
13. Strong analytical skills with an ability to turn insights into action
14. BSc/MSc in Business, Marketing, or Health Sciences
15. Sales experience (preferred but not essential)
