Business Change Project Manager - experience
Our client, a leading Insurance business, are recruiting for a Business Change Project Manager that must have experience to join the team on a contract basis.
3 days per week in the office
Occasional travel required
Experience:
1. Proven experience in PMO leadership and project management within transformation programs.
2. Proven experience in working with HR / training functions to plan and deliver roll-out of capability uplift initiatives.
3. Experience working in small teams as part of a large organisation.
4. Understanding of financial services and insurance.
5. Pragmatic, 'can do' attitude, willing to get stuck in.
6. Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall delivery frameworks.
7. Hands-on experience with and other project management tools.
8. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
9. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight timelines.
10. to an SME level required
