What You’ll Be Doing: * Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated, person-centred care. * Play a key role in service development and continuous clinical improvement. * Conduct cataract and YAG laser procedures with high clinical standards. * Lead consultations, advising patients on appropriate treatment options. What We’re Looking For: * GMC-registered Consultant Ophthalmologist on the Specialist Register. * Extensive post-registration experience in cataract and general ophthalmology surgery. * Proven clinical leadership skills or an interest in developing these. * A patient-first mindset and commitment to service excellence. * Exceptional communication and collaborative working style. * Desirable: MBA or postgraduate qualification in leadership, management, or healthcare quality.
