Vacancy: Administrative Apprentice
Start date: December 2025
Contract details: Apprentice, 37 Hours per Week, All Year Round, Fixed Term (Course Duration is 16 months)
Apprentice Rate: £7.55 per hour
About Us: We are a Multi Academy Trust comprising six secondary schools and one primary school with over 750 employees and over 5,500 students, based in Dudley, West Midlands. Our Central Trust Office is the hub of operations, providing vital support across all schools in the Trust.
We are seeking an Administrative Apprentice to join our central team, working closely with the Executive Assistant and Executive Team.
Role Details:
This apprenticeship offers the chance to gain practical experience in business administration while working towards a Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship qualification.
As Administrative Apprentice, you will support the Trust’s central office by assisting with:
* diary and meeting coordination
* document preparation
* communications and record keeping
* event planning and administration
* financial processes and project support
This role provides structured training, professional development, and an excellent opportunity to start a career in education administration at Trust level.

Qualification/Experience:
* GCSE Grade C/4 or above in English and Maths
* Commitment to completing the Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship qualification
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Self-motivated, resilient, and enthusiastic with a proactive approach
* Ability to work effectively with staff at all levels
Previous experience is not essential – we welcome applicants who are eager to learn and develop a career in administration.
