Academics Ltd are partnering with numerous secondary schools in Devizes who are eager to recruit a Class Cover Officer. If you have strong leadership skills and a passion for supporting students, this could be the perfect role for you!
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise classes during teacher absences and deliver pre-planned lessons.
* Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning atmosphere.
* Provide feedback to teachers and staff on student behaviour and engagement.
* Ensure students remain focused and complete their assigned tasks.
Job Requirements:
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to remain calm and authoritative in a classroom setting.
* Experience working in education or a similar supervisory role (preferred).
* Adaptability to different classroom environments and student needs.
* Competitive pay rate (£100 - £130 per day)
