Program Overview
The Graduate Programme 2026 is an 18‑month Management Development Programme that blends work experience, off‑the‑job learning and self‑learning. You will be exposed to all areas of hotel operations through departmental rotations and will work closely with the Deputy General Manager or Operations Manager.
Early focus will be on the Duty Manager role and responsibilities within the first 3–6 months. The programme is offered on a fixed‑term contract with the aim of securing a permanent management role by the end of the programme.
Responsibilities
* Rotate through key operational departments to gain a broad understanding of hotel functions.
* Support day‑to‑day operations and take on the Duty Manager role during the first 3–6 months.
* Collaborate with senior management and participate in on‑the‑spot decision making.
* Complete assigned off‑the‑job learning modules and self‑learning tasks.
Qualifications
* A passion for genuine hospitality.
* A proactive, positive and resilient attitude.
* A degree in Hotel/Leisure/Tourism, International Hospitality or a related discipline.
* Ideally, experience working in an operational role within Hotels, Leisure or Tourism.
* Flexibility regarding placement location to maximise programme value.

Application Process
Applications close July 2026. We will be in touch by August 2026. The selection process involves an assessment centre followed by a final interview with the General Manager of the placement hotel. Successful candidates will start the programme in November 2026, with placement beginning in August/September.
