Job Description
TML Recruitment is partnered with a leading UK-wide property practice in their search for a Commercial Property Manager / Senior Property Manager to work on the South East patch of their Property Management team. You will be based out of their High Wycombe or Ashford office; however, the client only requires you in the office 1-2 times per week at the absolute maximum, as they value staff being with clients and offering flexibility and autonomy.
Due to strategic growth, they now seek additional expertise to join their fast-growing team and report to the overall head. This role may suit an established Service Charge Property Management Surveyor (commercial or block) or an experienced commercial property manager seeking maximum role flexibility while aiming for fast career progression towards partnership.
