Position Summary
Are you ready to make a difference in patient care? As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver exceptional nursing care by utilizing the nursing process. Collaborate with a dedicated healthcare team to uphold the highest standards of professional nursing practice. Your role will be pivotal in directing, coordinating, and delegating activities that foster patient and family-centered care.
Your Responsibilities
In this dynamic role, you will:
1. Assess the physical, psychosocial, and educational needs of patients.
2. Plan and implement tailored nursing care based on individual patient and family needs.
3. Make informed interventions that cater to unique patient requirements.
4. Evaluate patient responses to nursing interventions to ensure optimal care.
5. Take personal responsibility for delivering quality patient care and enhancing patient satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications:
Required:
* Associate's Degree from a Certified Nursing program.
* Current State of Michigan Registered Nurse license.
* BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA), American Red Cross (ARC), or Canadian equivalent, valid for at least 60 days beyond your start date.
Preferred:
* Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
Weekend and Holiday Requirements
The selected candidate will be required to work weekends during the 1st and 3rd weeks of the 28-day schedule, as well as participate in the Holiday A rotation.
