Job Title: Requirements Systems LeadJob Type: PermanentLocation: WimborneWho We Are & What's on OfferWe're recruiting on behalf of a leading global engineering organisation seeking a Requirements Systems Lead to join their dynamic, innovative team in Wimborne.Working across global teams, you'll liaise with key stakeholders to deliver high-value Systems Engineering outputs that underpin full product lifecycle development.Where You'll Make an ImpactAs a Requirements Systems Lead, you'll drive the research and development of advanced aerospace systems - including aircraft refuelling and weapons release/storage.You'll lead requirements management, system architecture, and integration, playing a pivotal role in migrating requirements processes from CRADLE to DOORS NG.Key Responsibilities:Bid & Proposal Support: Review customer requirements, contribute to estimates, and assess risks.Requirements & Systems Management: Develop, allocate, and manage system requirements and specs; act as the Systems Engineering SME across multiple programmes.Tool & Process Leadership: Lead the CRADLE to DOORS NG migration, including training, planning, and administration. Drive SE process standardisation and continuous improvement.Collaboration & Development: Collaborate with cross-functional global teams on system design, integration, and reviews. Lead process development, training, and mentoring within SE.The Essentials You'll NeedQualifications & Membership: Degree-qualified in a relevant engineering discipline. INCOSE membership or equivalent preferred.Systems Engineering Expertise: Proven Systems Engineering experience, ideally aerospace. Skilled with DOORS NG and CRADLE; familiar with MBSE using CAMEO.Product Lifecycle & Technical Knowledge: Experienced in full product lifecycle and design reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR).
