The role
We are currently seeking a Marketing Executive to assist in developing and implementing the asset marketing strategy for Charlestown Square.
The role involves contributing to centre campaigns and activations, assisting with asset events, managing social channels, and preparing reports on sales and market research to be delivered to the team.
What you will be doing
* Assisting the Marketing Manager in developing the annual marketing plan and calendar for Charlestown Square, reviewing and tracking progress, and presenting updates to stakeholders.
* Delivering campaigns and events, focusing on in-centre activations and supporting post-campaign analysis, including gathering retailer feedback, analyzing sales performance, and tracking foot traffic and event attendance.
* Providing updates across digital channels for new and existing retailers, campaigns, and events, ensuring content is current and engaging.
* Coordinating retailer initiatives and joint promotions to support key or new retailers, encouraging participation in digital opportunities and centre-based events.
* Assisting in communicating research insights and reviewing internal marketing reports.
* Supporting administrative tasks, including assisting with new tenants, raising purchase orders, and tracking campaign expenditure.
What makes you stand out
Ideal candidates will have prior experience in a similar role, a good understanding of current marketing trends—preferably in retail—and strong stakeholder relationship skills. You should be able to prioritize, develop timelines, and deliver initiatives on time and within budget. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in MS Office are essential.
