ACTIVITIES ASSISTANT - Start Date: ASAP -12 month fixed term contract initially with a possibility for a permanent contract after 12 months
Grade 1B, SCP 4-5, £24,404.00 - £24,790.00 (pro rata for term time only).
Actual Salary - £22,031.39 and SNA1 Allowance of £755.97
32.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 8.30am 3:30pm All year round

Due to our continuing expansion an opportunity has arisen for a high quality, deeply committed Activities Assistant to join our team.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated person who is able to support members with a broad range of special educational needs including autism.
The successful applicant will be:
A dedicated and skilled person with a clear learner-centred focus
Aspirational and highly committed to improving the learning opportunities and lives of learners with special educational needs including autism and SLD.
Experience of working with leaners with special educational needs including autism and SLD, some of whom may display challenging behaviour
A robust and resilient person who is able to perform in a dynamic and challenging environment
