Children's Home Manager
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Children's Home Manager to lead our Learning Difficulties (LD) home in Coventry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing children's residential services and ensuring compliance with Ofsted standards, specifically in supporting children with learning difficulties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the children's home, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for all residents.
- Lead and develop a dedicated team, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality care and support.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, maintaining a positive relationship with Ofsted and achieving successful inspection outcomes.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to the needs of children with learning difficulties.
- Collaborate with external agencies, families, and other stakeholders to support the holistic development of each child.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure sustainable operations.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in managing a children's home, with a strong history of successful Ofsted inspections.
- Experience working with children with learning difficulties.
- Relevant qualification in Social Care, Childcare, or related field.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
