VANRATH is recruiting a Senior Estimator to join an established bespoke fit-out company in Antrim, Northern Ireland.
Remuneration: £Competitive DOE + Package
Client: Our client is a leading bespoke fit-out company delivering projects across Northern Ireland.

Responsibilities:
1. Developing tender opportunities and proactively networking.
2. Assisting in PQQ submissions where required.
3. Assessment of tender documentation.
4. Preparation of pricing schedules.
5. Detailed estimating of projects.
6. Liaison and negotiation with clients and other stakeholders.
7. Supporting company initiatives.
The Ideal Person:
* 5+ years of industry experience in fit-out projects.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office.
* Relevant degree.
