About the Role: As a Cover Supervisor, you'll play a key role in maintaining learning continuity by supervising lessons during teacher absences. You won’t be expected to teach new content, but you’ll ensure students remain on task and engaged with their learning. Your ability to manage classrooms and build rapport with pupils will be instrumental in your success.
