Setting up contracts, raising purchase orders, inbound and outbound telephone calls and emails, escalations and account management.</p><p>We are looking for someone who is passionate about customers, has excellent communications skills, attention to detail, a positive attitude and the ability to keep calm under pressure. Ideally you will have some experience within a customer service environment.
