We are currently recruiting for a female Care / Support worker to join our team of Personal Assistants supporting one of our clients in the Chorley area. The role will be varied, but you will be supporting our client with Spina Bifida to lead an individual and independent lifestyle in their own home and the community. Our client has many interests and hobbies but particularly enjoys getting out and about in the community and enjoying social activities. Hours: * PA 1 - 24 hours each week. * PA 2 - Average of 21.5 hours (3 x weeks of 24 hours & 1 x week of 14 hours). * PA 3 - Average of 19 hours (1 x week 14 hours, 1 x week 24 hours, 1 x week 7 hours, 1 x week 31 hours). This will be on a rolling rota and will be a mixture of day shifts and overnights including some weekend shifts. You must be a driver with a full driving licence and be comfortable driving the clients wheelchair accessible vehicle and willing to support our client on occasion to attend gigs and weekends away, which will include nights away.
