The Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and driving sales growth across the UK. This is a hands-on role that combines consultative B2B selling with knowledge of the construction and mezzanine floor sector.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and develop new business opportunities in the B2B sector.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry contacts.
* Present and promote Mezz Floors UK products and services to potential clients.
* Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals.
* Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support.
* Meet and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
* Travel across the UK to meet clients and attend site visits.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in B2B sales (construction or related industries desirable).
* Knowledge of mezzanine floors is a strong advantage.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and target-driven.
* Full, clean driving licence required.
* Must be over 30 years old (insurance requirements).
