With this exciting opportunity you'll be heading up all internal recruitment for a successful Leeds-based recruitment consultancy, you'll be hiring 15-30 heads each year, a mixture of grads and senior recruitment consultants across 5 different divisions!
*This role is only applicable for TA or Internal consultants that have recent experience placing other recruitment consultants in Leeds*
The role:
* Proactively support the directors in all hiring activity across 5 different business units. Roles will range from entry-level recruitment consultants through to Senior appointments.
* Manage internal stakeholders and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
* Take a more strategic and analytical approach to recruitment; understand your market & highlight future hiring opportunities, know what makes your candidates tick and carry out competitor analysis to ensure you're ahead of the curve.
* Overseeing a full onboarding process, including making training plans for each specific consultant, liaising with external R2R's on hiring.

Package:
* £30k+ base salary (negotiable depending on experience)

Experience:
* Must have at least 1 years experience as an internal consultant recruiting other recruiters.
* Preferred to have hired both graduates and senior consultants
