What you will be doing : Supporting the Facilities Manager in delivering a high standard of site services across all buildings Carrying out general repairs and maintenance, including : Basic plumbing Basic carpentry Tiling work Pot-hole repairs Painting and decorating Completing small DIY tasks (e.g. assembling furniture, installing shelves, TVs, mirrors) Assisting with maintenance and repairs at other off-site locations when required Setting up and clearing meeting rooms Managing locker allocations and maintaining up-to-date records Assisting with the collection, delivery and sorting of site mail Maintaining pool vehicles and keeping the Facilities van in good condition Cleaning and replenishing coffee machines and managing consumable stock levels Maintaining the Facilities workshop and communal areas to a high standard Carrying out additional cleaning tasks (e.g. deep cleaning, litter collection) as required Performing basic troubleshooting and preventative checks, and promptly reporting defects or incidents Providing cover for other team members when needed What you bring : Good written and spoken English, suitable for a professional environment The ability to be an effective communicator Good organisational skills with the ability to multitask and plan/organise own workload Ability to work as part of a wider team and follow instructions Good level of experience carrying out a variety of DIY tasks Full, clean driving licence Can-do, positive attitude What we offer : Competitive Salary Aviva Pension Scheme Westfield Health Cashback Scheme Company Bonus Scheme Life Assurance 4x annual salary Enhanced Sick Pay Scheme On site subsidised electric car charging Who We Are ROCKWOOL is the global leader in stone wool solutions, founded in Denmark in 1937.
