Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Cheadle
Salary: £24,500
Contract: Full time – permanent
Hours: 40 hours which will fall between the following shift pattern - Monday-Friday 8-7 Saturdays 9-5

What will I be doing?
* Supporting our customers in a high-volume contact centre via telephone
* Striving towards sales goals or retaining customers who are coming to the end of their policy
* Engaging with Customers and building confidence to deliver outstanding customer outcomes on every call
* Identifying customer needs to ensure the correct products are promoted to them whilst resolving all queries
* Maintaining focus and composure during peak call times, ensuring each customer receives the same exceptional level of customer service.
* Striving to ensure that each customer receives a top-class customer experience that is expected from our iconic brand!
* Taking care of a variety of customers including distressed/angry customers.
