What you’ll do: As a Graduate Project Manager, you will support the delivery of complex construction and property projects from early concept through to delivery and handover. You will: Support project planning, coordination, and reporting across multiple live projects Assist in early-stage project development (RIBA Stages 0–1), including feasibility studies, options appraisals, and strategic briefs Help prepare project documentation including business cases (Five Case Model), reports, trackers, and risk logs Support Gateway Reviews, Risk Potential Assessments (RPA), and governance processes Assist with PRINCE2 stage gate reporting, including risks, issues, lessons learned, and forecasts Coordinate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and project communications Support Soft Landings activity and early operational planning Maintain accurate project data across PMO and CAFM systems You will be part of a large, multi-disciplinary team delivering across a complex and highly governed estate, gaining exposure to real-world project delivery frameworks including PRINCE2, NEC4, and HM Treasury Green Book standards.
