We’re looking for a proactive and customer‑focused NETs Operatives to join our team across both 24‑hour and 12‑hour Multi‑Storey flat sites. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for residents and visitors, delivering a high standard of service while ensuring the safety and smooth running of the building.
Responsibilities
* Foyer, lift and stair cleaning;
* Maintenance of our MSF blocks and surrounding areas;
* Act as a point of contact in and around multi‑storey flats, closes and back courts;
* Manage security surveillance, including CCTV;
* Block patrols and window cleaning;
Additional duties include monitoring health and safety, carrying out regular block patrols, maintaining clean and presentable lifts and stairwells, and supporting the upkeep of the surrounding grounds.
