The Client
A major international law firm with a large and well established London office, with market leading practices in areas such as Corporate, Disputes, Real Estate, Banking & Finance in addition to niche specialist practices.
The Role
The successful candidate will work with the firm’s lawyers in the use and adoption of legal technology tools. They will work closely with the Innovation team to design and deliver innovative and effective processes and solutions, with a focus on results. They will serve as a point of contact for lawyers and business services teams on legal technology.
* Act as liaison between lawyers, IT and Innovation teams
* Provide training to lawyers on new and existing technologies or processes
* Assist in conducting creative design workshops with lawyers and clients with the aim of creating innovative solutions and workflows
Experience Required
* At least three years experience working in a legal technology or innovation / design role in a leading law firm or a consultancy that engages with law firms as clients.
* Experience of working with legal technology and Generative AI tools and platforms would be greatly beneficial, such as Harvey, Copilot or other Gen AI tools. Or experience with workflow tools such as Kira, Legatics or HighQ.
* Eager to learn and lead the implementation of new technology and processes.
* Able to clearly articulate technical concepts using non-technical language.
* Ability to create strong working relationships with clients and colleagues.
* Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
