We are recruiting an experienced Senior Construction Planner to join a growing, family-run construction business operating across the UK. This role supports the pre-construction team in creating accurate and effective construction programmes for tender and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities

Develop tender programmes and construction sequences using first principles and tender drawings
*
Work with pre-construction teams to develop bidding strategies and methodologies
*
Produce clear programme and logistics drawings for tender submissions
*
Communicate effectively with site teams and senior management
*
Ensure all tender and project documentation is complete and accurate
*
Travel to sites as required to support project planning and logistics
*
Use Asta Power Project software to create and maintain programmes (training provided if required)
Required Skills & Experience
*
Strong understanding of construction build sequences, processes, and contract forms
*
Ability to construct programmes from first principles using tender drawings
*
Excellent organisation and time management skills, with ability to work to tight deadlines
*
Strong written and presentation skills
*
Experience with Asta Power Project software desirable (training provided if required)
*
Degree in Construction Management or related discipline preferred; candidates from site-based backgrounds will be considered
*
Right to work in the UK and a full driving licence
