Job Description
We are working with a growing organisation operating within a regulated services environment, seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join their Customer & Data Operations team.
This is a varied role that combines customer interaction, data analysis and operational support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both problem-solving and working directly with clients.
Full technical training will be provided.
The Role
You will play a key part in supporting customers while ensuring operational data is processed, validated and analysed accurately.
Day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Speaking with domestic and commercial customers regarding account queries
* Resolving billing-related issues and investigating discrepancies
* Managing technical queries relating to metering and usage data
* Liaising with third-party partners to resolve outstanding matters
* Extracting, manipulating and validating data
* Running reports and interpreting operational data flows
* Identifying trends, anomalies and opportunities for process improvement
* Applying analytical thinking to diagnose and resolve underlying issues
This is a role suited to someone comfortable balancing communication and analytical responsibilities.
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
* IT literate, with strong Excel and database skills
* Analytical and methodical, with strong problem-solving ability
* Confident speaking with customers over the phone
* Detail-oriented and organised
* Quick to learn and adaptable
* Motivated, resilient and proactive
Previous experience within a regulated or utilities-based environment would be advantageous, but is not essential.
