TENANCY SUPPORT WORKER (HOUSING) Location Base: South Antrim Area Hours: 18.5 Hours per week Salary Range: £24,472 - £25,108 Starting Salary: £12,072.85 Duration: Fixed Term until 31st March 2026 Closing date: 12 noon, Monday 30th June 2025 All our roles make a positive impact on the lives of others, the purpose of this role is to: Provide Tenancy Support Service to a range of clients within the South Down area, liaising with referral agents within the Northern Ireland Housing Executive and other key stakeholders, and ensuring delivery of person-centred, high-quality support. What we ask for from you: Level 2 Essential Skills in Maths and English or GCSE Grade C or above in Maths and English. Able to demonstrate a minimum of 3 to 6 months recent experience, providing housing support to people within the community in a paid or voluntary capacity. OR Demonstrate a minimum of 6 months experience of providing support in a paid or voluntary capacity in another community or care setting.
