You will be the founding technical bridge between enterprise customers and the product team. Operating within the product org, you will own the technical delivery of AI-driven talent agents, manage complex integrations, and triage escalations. This is a high-impact, forward-deployed role designed for someone who thinks like an engineer but loves solving customer problems.

What You Will Do
* Lead technical implementations by configuring agent settings, Kombo flows, and ATS integrations to ensure seamless go-live experiences.
* Act as the technical resolver for complex escalations, performing deep-dive debugging across API logs, Cloudflare dashboards, and TypeScript/React codebases.
* Partner with the sales team to run high-level technical demos and RFP support for enterprise prospects, showcasing the platform's depth and scoring capabilities.
The ideal candidate
* Technically proficient individual who can navigate Postman, browser dev tools, and API logs, with the ability to read and localise bugs in TypeScript/React.
* Strong communicator who can lead enterprise-level technical calls and write clear, actionable documentation and bug reports for the engineering team.
