Job title: Payroll Reporting and Analytics Manager

Salary:
Circa £65,000 depending on experience
What you’ll be doing:
1. Providing leadership and day-to-day management of the Payroll Reporting & Analytics Team
2. Leading the delivery of all reporting, reconciliations, and third-party payments
3. Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure expectations are met
4. Managing financial controls and supporting all audit activities
5. Collaborating to identify issues and resolve problems
6. Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance standardisation, automation, and efficiency of processes, as well as leveraging data through insightful analysis
Your skills and experiences:
Essential:
1. Demonstrable experience in reporting and analysis (preferably within a Payroll environment)
2. Ability to analyze, interpret, and present data effectively
3. Team leadership and people management skills
4. Strong communication and influencing abilities at various levels internally and externally
Desirable:
1. Experience with ResourceLink or similar payroll tools
2. Qualified accountant with a finance background
3. Background in data analytics
