Position Summary

We are looking for a proven sales leader to join our EMEA sales organisation with strong communication skills and ability to lead high performance teams across Europe. Sales Manager for European Traveler Services will be responsible for developing and executing our sales strategy to drive revenue growth, increase market share and strengthen relationships within Europe's Traveler Services ecosystem that covers Travel Management Companies, Online Travel Agents, Travel Tech companies, Government bodies, Tourism Bodies and Consultants.

As a member of the EMEA Sales Leadership Team, you will be pivotal in supporting Cirium's strategic priorities, ensuring alignment of commercial teams with regional cross-functional teams including Product, Consulting, Support and Marketing.

The Team

Cirium Sales organisation is a close-knit high performing team, constantly innovating and striving for higher commercial impact. Our methodology focuses on helping our clients understand the value we provide to their business and help navigate the buying process.

You will be based in our London office, reporting to EMEA head of sales and working closely with other EMEA and global sales leaders. Your will be leading European Traveler Services sales teams based in London office.

Cirium is one of four companies that comprise LexisNexis Risk Data Services, all of whom are aligned in our sales methodology and recognise the importance of sharing best practice for shared success.

The Role

* Sales Strategy & Execution:
* Develop and implement sales strategies for the European Traveller Services team, aligned with Cirium's commercial goals.
* Focus on key customer segments such as travel agencies, OTAs, Travel Tech, Govt. and other travel ecosystem partners.
* Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and growth areas within Europe to expand Cirium's reach.
* Set and monitor sales targets, KPIs, and revenue forecasts, ensuring achievement through proactive pipeline management.
* Account Management & Market Engagement:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with Cirium's key clients in Europe, ensuring a customer-centric approach.
* Negotiate and close deals, ensuring value-based pricing and clear scoping of terms.
* Represent Cirium at relevant industry events, webinars, and client meetings to strengthen market presence.
* Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment:
* Work closely with product, marketing, and solutions consulting teams to deliver solutions tailored to client needs.
* Provide market feedback to influence product development and go-to-market strategies.
* Act as a trusted advisor internally on European travel trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes.
* Reporting & Performance Analysis:
* Track and report on sales performance, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
* Analyse sales data and key metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and develop action plans.
* Collaborate with commercial strategy teams to design data-driven campaigns and initiatives.
* Coaching & Development:
* Support the growth and development of junior sales team members through mentoring and knowledge sharing.
* Provide guidance on best practices in sales techniques, client engagement, and pipeline management.
* Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the Traveller Services team.

* Outstanding track-record as a commercial leader managing diverse teams with tangible achievements in commercial growth of business. Ideally from Aviation/Travel industry.
* Charismatic leader with strong communication skills to bring together diverse teams fostering a cohesive and positive team culture.

* Creative problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose issues and develop solutions/use cases.
