Job Description

Role: Global Payments Team Member – Authorise and process payment transactions, ensuring accuracy and deadlines. Support operational controls, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Communicate across Workflow, Client Services, and global teams. Require strong attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and a collaborative mindset.


What You Will Do

* Authorize payment transactions accurately and within assigned deadlines, reviewing payment packs thoroughly and maintaining clear communication with the Workflow Manager regarding progress or issues.
* Manage reconciliations and confirmations with relevant signatories, ensuring all associated payment administration is completed to required standards.
* Manage your assigned workload effectively, responding to queries in a timely manner, conducting detailed investigations where required, and supporting Level 2 Workflow Management and Level 4 cover during peak periods.
* Maintain accurate reporting by inputting daily payment statistics, assisting in error reporting, identifying operational risks, and proposing appropriate remedial actions within required timeframes.
* Support the wider team by providing training and guidance to junior members, assisting with system updates (including Investran), driving process improvements, and contributing to team and departmental projects.

Qualifications

* Experience working in a deadline‑driven operational environment with strict delivery timeframes.
* Experience coaching or supervising junior team members and contributing to team development.
* Strong organisational, prioritisation and interpersonal skills, with excellent communication capability.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word; advanced Excel skills considered advantageous.
* Excellent attention to detail, strong team ethic, positive attitude under pressure, and ideally experience within accounts payable or bank payments processing.
