What does this Care Assistant job involve?
Hours of Work: 15 - 37.5 Hours Per Week. Shifts between: 07:00 - 22:00
Responsibilities
* Providing essential personal care and support to clients within their homes.
* Assisting with daily activities such as meal preparation, medication management, and light housekeeping.
* Supporting clients in maintaining their independence and dignity.
* Establish and maintain positive, professional relationships with clients and their families.
