Experience in banking specifically payments

Key Requirements:
Experience within engineering roles pertinent to payments or financial services
Extensive experience providing engineering leadership across multiple teams with demonstrable oversight of significant software development undertakings.
Proven ability to deliver effective change management strategies that reinforce organisational objectives on a substantial scale.
Demonstrated proficiency in devising strategic solutions that address enduring business requirements through anticipation of complex challenges.
Comprehensive understanding of resilience imperatives for critical business functions including maintenance and recovery procedures.
