ECHO Personnel are looking for an experienced Plastic Injection Mold Setter to join a fast-paced, high-volume team in Corby on a PERMANENT basis. This is your chance to work with 20+ injection molding machines (150450 tons) in a dynamic environment and make a real impact from day one!

What youll be doing:
* Set up, start-up, and optimize injection molding machines.
* Monitor production, check quality with calipers and optical tools, and reduce material scrap.
* Troubleshoot processing issues, maintain equipment, and document process changes.
* Provide feedback on mold design and assist Tool & Die Makers in optimizing molds.
* Follow all Health & Safety procedures and maintain a safe, efficient workspace.
