Sales Colleague
Location: Leeds, Currys, Leeds Birstall
Contract: Permanent, Part Time – 15-30 hours per week, flexible hours.
Hourly rate: £12.71 per hour plus an average bonus of 89p per hour (raising to £13.01 post‑probation).
As a Retail Sales Colleague you will receive a 2‑3 day induction, either virtually or at the Fort Dunlop Academy. You will learn to assist customers in discovering how technology can benefit them.
Our stores are open 7 days a week, generally 9am‑8pm, with Saturday and Sunday hours included.
Responsibilities
* Ask the right questions to match customers with products.
* Make every customer interaction memorable.
* Offer support services such as delivery, installation, recycling and payment options.
* Contribute to overall sales performance.
* Work across departments and product ranges.
* Complete operational tasks to support store running.
Our Sales Colleagues are passionate, and once you see customers’ pleasure, you won’t want to do anything else.
