Job Description
The Food and Beverage Manager oversees daily restaurant and bar operations, leads the F&B team to ensure customer satisfaction, and manages profitability, costs, menu standards, and inventory.
Responsibilities include:
1. Attending weekly Head of Department meetings and maintaining confidentiality.
2. Ensuring health & safety compliance.
3. Staffing, rotas, and HR management including recruitment.
4. Managing food and beverage service across outlets and outside catering.
5. Maintaining cleanliness and equipment standards.
6. Coordinating with Conference Office for event preparations.
7. Preparing performance reports and managing stock control and forecasts.
8. Liaising with sales and conference teams.
9. Adhering to emergency procedures and licensing guidelines.
10. Demonstrating Accor values and performing other duties as assigned.
