Salary: £31, - 51, per annum, plus TLR1c

About you:
4. Qualified teacher committed to inclusive education
5. Holds or willing to complete the National Award for SEN Coordination
6. Experience supporting a range of SEND needs
7. Strong collaborator with excellent communication skills
8. Passionate about improving outcomes for all learners
The role:
9. Lead and develop SEND provision across the academy
10. Coordinate support and oversee interventions for students with SEND
11. Ensure compliance with SEND legislation and the SEN Code of Practice
12. Work closely with staff to embed inclusive teaching strategies
13. Liaise with families and external agencies
14. Manage EHCP processes and maintain accurate records
