Join our dynamic team as a Facilities Management Senior Specialist. We are seeking a self-driven professional with a passion for facilities management. In this role, you will oversee the delivery of services by our IFM provider, ensuring cost-effective and efficient coordination of site FM activities and projects. You will play a vital role in aligning our FM operations with our business needs and strategic vision. Responsibilities: Responsible for the daily operations of our London office and laboratory facilities delivered through our outsourced IFM partner. Partner with site leadership and our IFM provider to optimize service delivery and establish service levels aligned with business needs. Oversee the delivery of engineering, hard and soft services through our IFM provider. Manage the IFM governance process through KPI's and SLA's aligned with our global program Manage performance, savings targets, and expense budgets of our IFM provider. Identify cost savings and innovation opportunities in building operations and service delivery. Work with cross-functional teams to align vision and strategies with regional objectives. Drive a culture of safety and quality compliance with our outsourced IFM provider. Ensure compliance with environmental responsibility, health and safety standards. Collaborate with the IFM provider to maintain Permanent Inspection Readiness (PIR) across all sites. Implement proactive self-inspection programs to identify and correct compliance issues. Foster a culture of compliance and safety across all sites. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry, Facility Management, engineering, or related technical environment. Thorough understanding of hard and soft service delivery, projects and safety and quality compliance. Experienced with landlord relationships for leased premises. Experience managing outsourced service providers and diverse site services. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and influence others. Excellent planning, time management, and communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and customer/client relationship management. Conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities. Ability to make timely decisions and drive change. High personal integrity, credibility, and energy. Proven ability to identify areas for improvement and implement initiatives.
