We’re on the lookout for a friendly and upbeat Team Leader to bring energy, positivity, and great vibes to our store.
Responsibilities
The day-to-day role includes supporting the Store Manager, keeping the team motivated, and ensuring every customer leaves with what they came in for (and a smile). When the Store Manager is away, you’ll step up and keep things running smoothly with confidence and care.
* Lead the day-to-day running of the store—creating great customer experiences and driving commercial success.
* Lead by example, demonstrating what great service looks like and bringing the Card Factory Way to life.
* Help others grow while continuing to build your own skills.
* Drive store initiatives, maintain clear communication, and create a positive, inclusive vibe.
* Monitor performance to ensure the team runs smoothly and thrives.
