Base pay range
Role Responsibilities
* Work through a series of placements within a range of functions across a specified region, including time on site and within sales offices.
* Actively participate in every aspect of the training programme and provide both verbal and written feedback on progress against set learning objectives.
* Undertake a variety of tasks as directed by your manager or director, including conducting research, analysing data, and drafting papers and proposals.
* Seek out new learning opportunities throughout the programme and undertake any supplementary training that would be beneficial.
* Complete reports and assignments to a high standard, submit them in line with deadlines, and provide thoughtful and critical analysis of all areas of the business experienced.
* Prepare and deliver presentations as required.
* Take personal ownership of your training and make the most of every opportunity by building relationships, seeking out new information, and developing a network of contacts.
Support and Additional Development
* Be closely supported throughout your programme through monthly reviews with the Director of Talent and Diversity, and joint activities with other graduates in your cohort.
* Access a variety of other development opportunities, including meetings with senior directors, training courses, webinars, and internal and external conferences.
* When you progress into year two, select one or two departments that you would like to specialise in, with a bespoke pathway developed together with the programme team.
Graduate Locations
For our September 2026 cohort, we are delighted to offer opportunities across a variety of regional offices. You can be considered for more than one location, and your preferences will be taken into account at the interview stage.
Job Requirements
* You must have a full right to work in the UK.
* Hold a full UK Driving Licence with a maximum of three penalty points, and have access to your own vehicle upon starting the programme.
* Have a 2:1 or above in any degree subject.
* Hold three A-levels at Grades A*–C (or equivalent).
* Please note that all offers depend on proof of qualifications and are subject to independently conducted background checks.
* Have a genuine interest in our industry and a desire to help meet the housing needs of the UK.
* Display determination and a desire to learn and succeed.
* Bring an enthusiastic approach and plenty of initiative.
* Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Be flexible to undertake some travel in the UK during your programme.
